Availability
Public accounts can use Logbook on the web. Public App Store download is not yet available. The App Store badge is a coming-soon preview and does not start a download or purchase. The iPhone app is available to invited TestFlight testers. No payment is taken through this landing page.
Using Logbook
Logbook is a training and nutrition journal for adults aged 18 or older. Keep access to your Apple or Google account secure. Only upload content you have the right to use. Do not misuse the service, access another person’s account or attempt to bypass purchase controls. You retain ownership of the content you enter and permit us to process it to provide the service.
Health and AI
Logbook and Coach do not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. AI replies, food estimates and progression suggestions can be wrong. Check them before use. Consult a qualified professional for medical concerns. You choose whether to save or act on suggestions. AI data sharing is optional and requires separate permission.
Creator codes
You may enter an eligible creator code or follow a creator referral link before your first payment. The code only records the referring creator for attribution. It does not give you a discount, free access, Pro access, priority, a credit, or any other entitlement, and it does not change the price shown by Apple or another store. You can change the code before your first paid transaction. The first paid transaction credits the code you applied most recently before it, if you applied that code within the previous 30 days. It then locks the attribution, including when no code qualifies, and a refund does not unlock it. If you move the same App Store subscription to another Logbook account, its later payments stay credited to the same creator. Current subscribers, household or Inner Circle accounts and other ineligible accounts cannot use a creator code.
Creator affiliate program
Creators who are accepted into the affiliate program must follow the separate creator agreement and applicable advertising, consumer-protection, privacy, platform and app-store rules. Creators must identify paid or affiliate promotion, make truthful claims, avoid health or guaranteed-result claims, and not use spam, fake accounts, self-referrals, forced clicks or unauthorised brand bidding. We may pause or close a creator code. A breach can stop commission on later payments; refunds, fraud review, account deletion and payment-data corrections can also change a ledger balance.
Subscriptions
When purchases are available, Logbook Pro offers weekly or annual access. The purchase screen shows the store price, currency and billing period before you confirm. The price and availability shown in the app at the time of purchase apply. The annual plan is billed as one payment. Apple charges your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel through Apple account settings. Deleting Logbook or your Logbook account does not cancel a subscription or a storage pack.
Check-in photo storage
Pro includes 25 GB for backed-up check-in photos. Monthly storage packs add more. A pack is a separate Apple subscription and adds space only while you have Pro. When your space is full, new photos stay on your phone. If Pro ends, we keep your photos for 30 days and remind you before we delete them.
Coach and photo scanning
Pro includes Coach replies and photo scanning through one shared rolling allowance. The current allowance is shown in Settings and near Coach. Complex work can use more of the allowance. There are no overages or top-ups. When the allowance is used up, new AI requests pause until a rolling reset. Training, nutrition tracking, saved conversations and manual logs remain available.
Cancellation and refunds
Apple handles App Store refund requests under its policies. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected. Contact support if subscription access is missing. Restore Purchases can restore eligible subscription access.
Service changes and account closure
We may update the service and these terms. Material changes will be shown when you next use the app. We may restrict accounts that misuse the service. You can stop using Logbook and delete your account through Settings. We do not promise uninterrupted access. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits your statutory rights.
Your records and acceptable use
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for keeping copies of records you need. Do not upload unlawful material, infringe another person’s rights, disrupt the service or use it to harm others. If we need to restrict access for security or misuse, we will explain the reason where it is appropriate to do so. Contact support if you think a restriction is incorrect.
Apple licence
The iOS app also uses Apple’s standard End User Licence Agreement.
